THE IPHONE 6 CAME OUT TODAY.

I put the title in all caps, because the entire nation is excited, including me. People lined up for days just to be some of the first to get the shiny new gadget. The first guy to get it, dropped it in front of the entire world, which I found absolutely hilarious, but also sad for the poor fellow.

I, for one, do not understand why these people must line up to get the first phone, just as I don’t understand why people participate in Black Friday shopping. However, I do understand the excitement over the iPhone 6. Apple has done a great job of hyping their products over the years and making it virtually impossible for people to not at least want the new version when it comes out. Instead of standing in a physical line, I just pre-ordered the phone online and am waiting the extra two days it will take to get to me. I commend Apple for what they have done, and I can’t wait to receive my phone in the mail.
